Notes to the rental rates:
During the high season fortnightly rentals are preferred. Deposit one third of the total - which is non refundable - at the time of booking. Please check you have holiday insurance to cover emergency cancellations. Security deposit of 750 euros to be paid along with the outstanding balance and will be returned on the day of departure. There is a statutory charge of 150 euros for cleaning the house on departure which must be paid along with the balance six weeks before the rental commences. Bedlinen and towels may also be hired and paid for in advance at the charge of 25 euros per person per week.
GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO LEAVE BY 10.30AM ON DAY OF DEPARTURE AND MAY ARRIVE FROM 3PM ONWARDS. THIS IS TO ENSURE THAT THE PROPERTY IS PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED. THANK YOU.
